In the industry
Raster speeds up to 1000 mm/s let you move from file to finished piece in minutes, not hours.
Cut and engrave wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, rubber, glass, and coated metals on the same machine.
Front and rear pass-through doors handle oversized stock without removing the material from the bed.
Integrated air assist keeps the lens clean and blows debris from the cut path for cleaner edges.
Motorized Z-axis measures material height automatically so every job starts at the perfect focal point.
Technicians in the US answer calls directly — no ticket queues, no overseas transfers, no runaround.
Why shops choose Aeon
Every Aeon laser is built for production — high-efficiency optics, tool-free maintenance, and a sealed CO2 tube that runs for thousands of hours before replacement.
Trusted by makers and manufacturers
We replaced three older machines with a single Aeon Redline and cut our turnaround time in half. The camera alignment alone saves us an hour a day.
Marcus Webb
Owner, Precision Sign & Design
Setup took less than an hour and the first cuts were dead-on. Best machine purchase we have made.
Lisa Tran
Production Manager
The pass-through doors changed our workflow completely. We handle stock we used to outsource.
Derek Mullins
Shop Owner
Support actually picks up the phone. That alone is worth the price of admission.

Dimensions, wattage options, bed sizes, and performance benchmarks for every model.
Two-year machine warranty and lifetime technical support, with full coverage details.
Recommended power, speed, and frequency settings for 60+ common materials.
Step-by-step first-run instructions: unpacking, ventilation, software install, and test cut.
Cleaning schedules, replacement procedures, and alignment verification for optics.
DXF and SVG test patterns for dialing in settings on new materials.
Our CO2 lasers handle wood, acrylic, leather, fabric, rubber, paper, glass, stone, and coated metals. The only materials to avoid are PVC and polycarbonate, which release harmful fumes.
For engraving and light cutting on thin stock, 50–60W is plenty. For production cutting of thicker acrylic and wood, step up to 80–150W. Our sales team can match a machine to your workload.
Every machine ships with a live onboarding session, video training library, and lifetime access to our US-based support team. No ticket queues — you call, we answer.
Long-life glass tube with consistent beam quality.
Minimizes back-reflection and supports thin stock.
Visual alignment for fast, accurate job setup.
Integrated fan and duct port for clean operation.
Create or import artwork in any major design application — AI, SVG, DXF, PDF, and more.
Load material, use the camera to position, and dial in power, speed, and focus.
Hit start and watch the machine run — real-time progress on the built-in display.
Remove the finished piece, clean up if needed, and move on to the next order.
From sign shops to makerspaces to industrial production floors, Aeon lasers run shift after shift with consistent results and minimal maintenance.

Sarah Mitchell
Founder & CEO
Sarah founded the company on a simple idea: do excellent work for people you respect. Two decades later, she still spends most of her time with clients and the team. Her north star is making sure every project we ship is something we are proud to put our name on.
David Reyes
Chief Operating Officer
David keeps the trains running and the budgets honest. He has spent his career turning complex operations into calm, predictable workflows. When something goes wrong, he is the first one in the room and the last one to leave.
Marcus Johnson
Chief Technology Officer
Marcus leads the technology side of the business with a builder’s mindset and a long memory for what works. He believes the best systems are the ones nobody has to think about. He spends his off hours tinkering with hardware and mentoring early-career engineers.
Mei Tanaka
VP of Strategy
Mei translates ambition into a plan and a plan into shipped work. She has guided dozens of brand and product launches across multiple industries. Her favorite question is the one that reframes a problem entirely.
Diego Vargas
Senior Project Manager
Diego runs the hardest projects on the board and somehow makes it look easy. Clients love him for the weekly clarity he brings; the team loves him for never letting anyone get blocked. He is happiest when the schedule, scope, and team are all moving in the same direction.
Hannah Brooks
Account Coordinator
Hannah is the first friendly face most clients meet and the steady hand keeping each engagement on track. She has a knack for translating ambiguous requests into clear next steps. Nothing slips through the cracks on her watch.
Tom Whitaker
Lead Developer
Tom writes the kind of code other developers want to read. He cares as much about the team that maintains it as the user who experiences it. Give him a hard problem and a quiet afternoon and he will return with three good options.
Imani Carter
Creative Director
Imani sets the visual and narrative direction of every project we ship. Her work is grounded in research and sharpened by taste. She believes great design earns trust before it asks for attention.
Owen Murphy
Production Specialist
Owen is the craftsman who turns finished designs into finished work. He sweats the details that most people will never consciously notice but always feel. If something looks off by a pixel, he will spot it before the client does.
Priya Shah
Operations Lead
Priya keeps the team’s tools, templates, and processes in sharp shape. She is the person who notices the small inefficiency in week one and has it fixed by week two. Her work compounds quietly across every project we run.
Kenji Park
Quality Manager
Kenji is our last line of defense before anything ships. He approaches every deliverable like a fresh user and a careful editor. The bar he holds is the bar the rest of us reach for.
Sofia Delgado
Client Services Manager
Sofia keeps long-term client relationships warm, honest, and productive. She has a gift for turning post-launch conversations into next-chapter strategy. When a client renews, it is usually because Sofia made it easy to say yes.
